| I invited guests purely by email, then added names in the address book, but the guest display still shows their email name rather than their full name. |

Count this as a second vote for this feature request!
Because the invitation setup instructions said 'list email addresses, separated by commas,' that's what I did...and now my invite is filled with just the first part of everyone's email address. Lame. At the very least, the invite should allow you to enter names as well as email addresses, with one per line. Something like: Firstname Lastname <name@email.com> |

Andrew, the invite page does indeed support the Firstname Lastname <name@email.com> format. |

I'm pretty sure it didn't say anything about that (though I may be mistaken?). If it doesn't, seems like a good idea to clarify that in the instructions above the input box.
Thanks! |

I also noticed there is currently no copy to indicate that the Firstname Lastname <name@email.com> format is supported. I also expected that my event would update the display of guest names if/when any contact details are edited.
Also- it would be much better if we could edit multiple contacts simultaneously. I wanted to remove all last names and had to painstakingly edit each one individually. (or at least provide a display option in the event settings area to hide last names from invitees) |
