| This only affects the host, but these replies really look awful. My guess is that forwarding the message to a mutual friend will look equally terrible. Can anything be done about this? |

Hi Charles, what 'replies' are you talking about? |

I mean when guests reply directly to the email they receive... it seems to come back garbled. Here's an example:
(Note: it occurs to me that maybe this is the fault of my guest's mailer?) Yeah, that looks like an issue with your guest's email software, not Socializr. It looks like when they reply to an HTML email, the quoted body from the original message looks weird. That's certainly not the way their HTML invite email looks when they receive it. And if they forward their invite, it wouldn't look like that (although they shouldn't forward their invite since it would contain their personal invite code.) Why does it really matter what an email reply to you from a guest receiving your invite email looks like? As long as the original Socializr invite email and the Socializr event page look right, which they do of course, everything should be good, right? |

Yes indeed. Consider this one closed :)
By the way, thanks for adding the 'accepts standard email address format' a while back. That was the turning point for me. |
