It would be better when sending RSVP notifications to hosts that the respondent's first and last name are used in the subject line or author line rather than just the first section of their email address. When trying to track lots of people, the email moniker that people have chosen may not be as recognizable as their name.
For example: NOW: From: rs23456 <mail@mail.socializr.com> To: <host email address> Sent: Sunday, June 7, 2009 8:13:31 PM Subject: rs23456 has responded to your invitation... IMPROVED: From: Robert Smith To: <host email address> Sent: Sunday, June 7, 2009 8:13:31 PM Subject: Robert Smith has responded to your invitation... |

Hi Nick,
Thanks for your note. When available, we do use the guests full name in the RSVP notification. The format you were seeing was due to the guests name not being entered prior to the invitation sending. There was an issue where updated names were not taking effect on the guest list, but it has been fixed. |

This does not seem to be the case. I created an event today and almost all of the addresses have a name associated with them, and these names are listed on the event page. But, still, I get RSVP notifications like 'jem246 has responded to your invitation' and I have no idea who that is. |
