When assembling large events there are several problems with the current workflow:
Using the address book, it does not show who has already been invited. There should be an option or a default to exclude everyone who has already been invited. Because this feature is missing, I just try to invite everyone, knowing some haev already been invited. Then I get a warning saying some have already been invited, and it's not at all clear whether the new people have been invited. Again because this feature is lacking, it's impossible to tell who has been invited without laboriously stepping through name by name. Thanks, Charles |

Let me also note that the 'manage guest list' feature does not sort the guests! So tracking them down one by one is really, really painful.
It seems like these would be easy features to add - at least sorting the manage guest list. |
