Currently you offer two event options: Public and Private.
A Public Event says the event may be displayed in public event listings and/or search results. It would be nice if I could be assured that my event would not be listed in public event listings or search results, but still have a direct URL I could give to people on my blog, for example. Evite has this feature, and I find it handy to invite a few straggling folks that I don't have an e-mail address for. |

Thanks for your suggestions.
A solution to this problem is in the works. I'll update this thread once it's ready. Cheers, Larry |

Any news on this?
This is definitely still a problem for me... if I e-mail an event link to people, they get an error that they aren't invited. Some of my friends don't want their address published in your search results, but still want the ability to e-mail the URL to a group. Thanks much... love the site! |

You can now create a 'Private Event URL' that you can email around, for an event which is still private. Click on the 'Private Event URL' link on the event page to access this new feature. |
