Sunday, May 18th. It's Erin's actual birthday and we're celebrating with a picnic and bbq in Tilden Park at the Meadows Picnic Area. We have the spot reserved all for ourselves and it's right next to a big field for fun and games.
What can you bring?
Most importantly, yourself and anyone you like having with you. We'll provide the bbq basics: a hot grill, hamburgers, veggie burgers, sausages, rolls, condiments, beer, non-alcoholic drinks and do the rest potluck style. So please bring a side dish to share if you can. And if you want something more exotic for the grill or to drink you could bring that too.
The picnic area is right next to a field and we'll have some games. If you have any fun games that work well on a field, more would be welcome. Frisbees, bocce, badminton, hula-hoops, kites, model rockets, whatever!

There is parking scattered around the area with a fair number of spots on Lone Oak Road (darker blue above). If you park on Lone Oak Road, you'll need to walk South (right on the map) ~500 feet across the field to the picnic site. I *think* there may also be parking allowed along the road as indicated in light blue.
